The Organizer plays a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience at Holma colivings.
This position combines organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. You are not required to find the accommodation, but to help fill in the house and manage the community.

The organizer acts as the main point of contact between the host and the guests. Guests may ask you for things like the Wi-Fi password, or if something breaks (e.g., the boiler), they will report it to you. Your role is to communicate these issues to the host and ensure they are addressed.
đŤÂ Community engagement
We value real relationships, therefore it is highly important that everyone feels onboarded and part of the group. Holma is not a house for solo travelers aiming at remaining âsoloâ.
This goes hand in hand with the management of the Whatsapp group dedicated to your house destination: make sure the guests have all the information needed before their arrival and donât hesitate to warm up the atmosphere also before the trip begins (e.g., propose to share rented cars for when youâll be there, create a Tricount for shared expenses and grocery shopping)
đ Check-In and Check-Out
The organizer oversees the check-in and check-out process for guests. This includes welcoming new arrivals, showing them around, and preparing the rooms (e.g., making the beds, check the towels and verify everything is right on spot).
Similarly, ensure smooth check-outs by helping guests leave the space tidy and ready for the next arrival.
đSelf-Organized Activities (chill out, this is more an opportunity rather than a responsibility đ)
At Holma, there are no pre-planned or inclusive activities. Freeeedom is the key word!
We prefer that the activities are spontaneous, based on the vibe and the moment. We believe in going with the flow rather than having rigid schedules and all-inclusive packages. However, we warmly welcome organizersâ proposals for occasional group activities like shared dinners and excursions, that we can discuss together to ensure its best outcome.
